NASHIJI RED

Nashijinuri is the name of a technique used in Urushi Lacquer Art where traditionally, Gold powder was mixed with Urushi pigments to create a surface that resembled the Japanese pear. The Nashiji Red by AP Limited Editions uses very fine, beautiful pieces of Abalone to finish this fine writing instrument in the technique of Nashijinuri.
